If it is the injector, depending on which injector it is it maybe easy (labor wise) to change and an independent should give you a better price. However, there is a tendency for other injectors to start to fail after the first one goes. Just an age thing. Just an old man's tip. Never buy a used car that costs enough to take all your $ in payments/insurance. You will need $ for repairs. It just happens.
